For more than four decades, the development and implementation of special solutions for the printing of small, medium and large print runs from roll to roll has been one of our specialist areas of expertise. Our film portfolio for flexible packaging printing covers the entire spectrum of aluminum, mono, composite and barrier films as well as a high material availability of recyclable films. Our packaging films are suitable for all applications, regardless of whether dry, powdered, gel-like or liquid filling goods are involved.

With our ten printing machines from one to eight colors and a total of 43 inking units, we can print your packaging film in widths from 100 mm to 1.400 mm. Twelve roll cutters are in operation for widths from 22 mm to 1.600 mm.

Whether aluminum, mono or composite film made from a wide variety of raw materials and, of course, in recyclable variants – we are happy to cut the packaging film you require as finished roll goods in roll widths from 22 mm to 1.600 mm.

On an area of 2.680 m² and with 2.950 high-bay storage spaces, we have an extensive stock of films on large rolls. We can also supply you with unprinted packaging film in the desired width.

Contract printing and contract cutting of packaging films:
flexible and solution-oriented

Our customers can choose between different delivery models: direct procurement of the goods, call-off stock or, on request, storage on a consignment basis. In the case of contract printing or contract cutting of supplied film, i.e. when customers want their own film printed and/or cut to size, we take care of the entire process, from planning and control through to provision and just-in-time delivery. The current stock level is retrievable at any time.

Knowhow

Fibrous substrates such as blotting paper or TYVEK® pose particular challenges for packaging printing. If the ink is applied using conventional, solvent-based printing systems, it often penetrates too deeply into the substrate. As a result, the print result is porous and the color is weak. The ink pigment concentration on the surface is low after printing, as the majority of the ink has sunk into the fibrous substrate. The UV flexographic printing process is different: UV inks have a higher viscosity, i.e. they are more viscous and less prone to flowing than conventional ink systems. The applied ink remains predominantly on the surface of the packaging film or substrate, resulting in a rich, colorful print image. The special pigmentation of UV inks also results in high color intensity. Special colors are shown to their best advantage and the stability of the color impression is maintained.
